Respectful Facility Care for Churches & Community Centers

Space Care designs every church and community center cleaning program around your specific facility calendar. Most congregations schedule primary cleaning after their main weekly worship service — typically Sunday afternoon or Monday morning. This visit covers the sanctuary, fellowship hall, classrooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas. For facilities with midweek services, Bible studies, or community programs, we add cleaning visits to match your schedule.

Sanctuary cleaning is performed with special care. We dust and clean pews or chairs, vacuum or mop flooring, clean the altar and pulpit area, dust light fixtures and ceiling fans within safe reach, and maintain entryways and vestibules. Our teams understand the significance of these spaces and treat every surface with respect. We never use harsh chemicals near wood finishes, natural stone, or heritage fixtures.

Event-based cleaning is available as a flexible add-on to your recurring program. When your facility hosts a wedding, funeral, community dinner, fundraiser, or seasonal celebration, we provide pre-event and post-event cleaning that prepares the space and restores it afterward. This includes table and chair setup and breakdown if needed, floor cleaning, restroom refresh, and kitchen or fellowship hall cleaning after meals.

Quarterly and seasonal services address deeper maintenance needs: floor refinishing in high-traffic areas, carpet extraction in the sanctuary and fellowship hall, exterior pressure washing, and window cleaning throughout the facility. Many congregations schedule their most intensive deep cleaning during slower periods in the church calendar.
