By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

About Our Services

Space Care provides commercial property maintenance services including, but not limited to, facility cleaning, landscaping, snow and ice management, parking lot maintenance, handyman services, HVAC maintenance, electrical services, and pest control. Our services are available to commercial clients across Delaware and Southeastern Pennsylvania.

All service engagements are governed by individual service agreements executed between Space Care and the client. These Terms apply in addition to any specific service agreement.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers connected to it
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the website
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these Terms.

Quote Requests & Inquiries

Submitting a quote request or inquiry through our website does not create a binding contract or obligation. All quotes provided by Space Care are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to change following an on-site assessment of your facility.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Final pricing and service terms are established in a written service agreement signed by both parties.

Service Agreements

All property maintenance services are provided under the terms of a written service agreement between Space Care and the client. Service agreements specify the scope of work, service frequency, pricing, payment terms, and other conditions specific to your facility.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

• Invoices are issued monthly for recurring services
• Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date
• Late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in your service agreement
• We accept payment by check, ACH transfer, and major credit cards

We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 60 days past due, following written notice.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Space Care stands behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, contact your dedicated account manager within 24 hours. We will re-service the affected area at no additional charge.

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the scope of work outlined in your service agreement and does not cover issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, third-party actions, or pre-existing conditions not included in the original scope.

Client & Vendor Portals

Space Care may provide access to online portals for clients and service partners. If you are provided portal credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Space Care website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Space Care or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Space Care, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our website or services.

Insurance & Bonding

Space Care carries commercial general liability insurance, workers' compensation coverage, and is properly bonded. Certificates of insurance are available upon request, and we can name your organization as an additional insured upon execution of a service agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement as outlined in the specific terms of that agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website or services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
